We found it to be a nice, quiet spot close to Otsuka station, about a 10-minute walk, and 20 minutes straight to Ikebukuro. The neighborhood was calm with a 7 Eleven just 2 minutes away, and the apartment worked fine for one person, maybe two if you don’t have much luggage, plus it had a washing machine and a shower with a dryer function.
