The location was excellent in Shinjuku, offering easy access to nearby attractions. The room was clean and equipped with numerous amenities, including a large bathtub with a TV. Staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. The property was easy to find and maintained high standards of cleanliness. Welcome drinks such as wine were available on tap during check-in.
