Friendly staff were helpful with tips and the reception lounge had free drinks, snacks, coffee, tea, muffins, and even complimentary sake for New Year's. The room was clean and comfortable with a deep bath and free bathroom amenities like face cream, washcloths, and hair oil, late check-out was available. Little Maron-chan the Lovot roamed around the hotel adding charm during the stay.
