Helpful and kind staff made the stay smooth and luggage was stored for a week during travel. The room was clean with daily towel changes and garbage removal, while laundry had two combo washer/dryers that dried clothes well. Location was super convenient, close to Tozai and Hibiya lines, about 12 minutes on foot from Tokyo station, in a quiet neighborhood with many restaurants nearby.
