We found a great spot close to Nippori station in Arakawa, just a 4-minute walk once you know the way, making it easy to get to the city center and Narita airport on a single train. The room was big and clean, like a converted apartment, and the price was good thanks to a last-minute discount, with friendly staff and flexible check-in times helping out when needed.
