Spacious, clean rooms had balconies and air-conditioning that could be switched on in winter, self-help coffee was provided for free and daily ice cream was served in the lobby. Manda and Wang were cheerful, attentive, polite, and helpful staff members. The hotel was well located near Nishi-nippori Train Station along the Yamonte line with convenience stores nearby.
