The location was excellent, just a short walk from Shinjuku Sanchome and close to Shinjuku station. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout the stay. Cleanliness was maintained in rooms, bathrooms, and showers, which included self-contained cubicles. A coffee shop in the lobby provided a comfortable space to relax or work. Luggage storage was available all day for convenience.
