We stayed in Room 302 with twin beds for nearly two weeks and found the location super convenient, close to Honjo-Azumabashi Station and lots of restaurants, konbini, and shops nearby. Having a washer was great, and even though we weren’t sure about the dryer, the shower room had ways to dry clothes, and umbrellas in the lobby saved us during the rain. The kitchenette worked fine, the beds were comfortable, and everything felt reliable for two people-definitely would come back.
