Located directly above Koenji Station, the hotel offered a quiet and convenient stay despite its proximity to the railway. The rooms were tidy, spacious for Tokyo standards, and featured soundproof windows that silenced outside noise. Staff provided very helpful and friendly service throughout the visit. The surrounding area included numerous small cafes, restaurants, boutiques, and secondhand shops. Laundry facilities were affordable and easy to use within the hotel premises.
