Chen was our primary host and was especially nice and always responsive, the two bedroom apartment had a large comfortable couch, simple mini kitchen, personal washer-dryer, clean toilet and shower with no mold visible, heating worked well during winter, the location was great and quiet close to three different train stations, Senso-Ji temple, shops, cafes and restaurants.
