The hotel was located inside a small mall near Shinagawa Seaside subway station with Aeon department stores, grocery stores, foodcourt, konbini, Matsukiyo drug store, coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and relatively large compared to other hotels at a similar price with views over the harbor and shipping docks in Tokyo Bay. The staff were kind, organized and helpful with good English. Breakfast had many Japanese options plus croissants, fruits and yogurt.
