The room was large, clean, and had a comfortable bed with pillows. The location was central, within walking distance to public transport, shops, restaurants, and Tokyo Tower. The staff were friendly and helpful while the lobby smelled amazing and sofas were cleaned. Laundry services were introduced and the room was changed upon request for comfort.
