We found the place really spacious and cozy with clean bedding, towels, and kitchenette, plus earplugs which was a nice touch. The bed and air conditioning were great, the shower was small but expected, and when our kettle broke, the staff replaced it quickly while we were out. It’s less than a 10-minute walk to the station, 25 minutes to Ikebukuro, and there’s a cheap coin laundry nearby, with staff really responsive through messaging-definitely good for two people.
