The hotel was located in a quiet area close to the train station and Jingu baseball stadium with views of the stadium from the rooms and lobby. The staff were very friendly, helpful with luggage transfer, and provided great service. The room was clean, comfortable, reasonably sized, and had all essentials needed. Onsen facilities were spacious and comfortable. Familymart was on the ground floor for convenience.
