The staff were lovely and very welcoming, helping with early check-in by moving luggage to the room. The Japanese ryokan-style room was comfortable and cute with onsen and massage chairs that were relaxing after long days. Breakfast was tasty and traditional Japanese style, setting up well for the day ahead. The location was great, quiet yet close to Tokyo metro/JR rail network and local food spots including a top udon shop nearby.
