The hotel was excellently located within Azabu-Juban and a short 5 min walk from the metro station with Tokyo Tower within walking distance. The staff were friendly, helpful, spoke functional English, and the lobby had a free drink vending machine with an assortment of cold and hot beverages in little cups. The rooms were clean, standard Japanese business size with comfortable mattresses and duvets, complimentary TV on-demand services (Japanese language only), and toiletries were available.
