We loved the great location and how fast and helpful the communication and service were-Takamura-san even brought toilet paper and fixed our microwave super quickly. It’s close to two stations, lots of bus stops, and the Toden Arakawa tram, which made getting around easy. Even without a staffed reception, they agreed to get our package from Kyoto, and our luggage was waiting in the room when we got there.
