Cozy and clean room had a balcony with a view of Tokyo Skytree, washing machine, separate bathroom, and closet in the hallway, staff was responsive when contacted about the hot water heater. The location was quiet inside a residential area near Hikifune station with convenience stores and supermarkets close by.
