The location was excellent, very close to Akasaka Station and surrounded by many restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and a BIC Camera. The staff were friendly and helpful with complimentary mini donuts in the lobby. The rooms were small but had a comfy bed, clean bathroom, hairdryer, mini fridge, and an ironing mat could be requested from the front desk while a shared microwave was on the ground floor.
