The hotel was located in an excellent area with easy access to transport, shopping, and many restaurants. The rooms were very clean and modern, featuring comfortable western-style beds and amazing showers. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing good options for airport transport. Complimentary coffee and tea were available in the lobby along with evening snacks. A view of Tokyo Skytree could be seen from some windows within walking distance to Sensōji Temple.
