Amazing staff helped with ... tickets and luggage transfers, breakfast had a good variety for everyone's preferences, the room was comfortable with blackout curtains and an excellent view of Tokyo Tower, the Teppanyaki restaurant was wonderful with great options, and the location was perfect in a quiet area close to restaurants and shopping.
