The apartment offered a quiet and calm area with private direct entry and effective air conditioning. The studio room was spacious enough for luggage despite some needing decor updates and deep cleaning. Communication with the owner was smooth, and check-in/out processes were straightforward. The building's top-floor position minimized noise disturbances during the stay.
