Spacious, clean room had comfortable bed, aircon, wash rack, storage for clothes and slippers at the doorway with a no-shoes policy. Washer and dryer were available but noisy, laundry was allowed until 10pm. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush set and comb were provided. Self check-in and check-out were seamless with clear instructions on door locks and codes. The location was about 10 minutes from the train station near Asakusa and Tokyo Skytree but far from Shinjuku and Shibuya, trains to/from the guesthouse were not included in the Tokyo Metro Pass.
