The host Toshobu was very kind and left a thank you note with pretzels, toiletries and towels were provided, and washing machine and dryer were free to use. The location was close to Shinjuku in a quiet residential street with metro less than 10 minutes walk away. The rooms were extremely small but beds were comfy, the house had a common space with fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
