Rooms were clean, compact but thoughtfully put together with a fridge, microwave, washer/dryer with laundry soap, kettle, dishware and outlets in the headboard. Staff was super attentive and helpful while holding bags for 7 hours after check-out and summoning a taxi to Haneda Airport. Location was very close to Ikebukuro Station Exit 2C (1-2 min walk) and Sunshine City Mall was nearby. Breakfast had a good range of soups, curries, rice, pastries and cereal. The TV allowed watching Netflix after signing in with an account. Free coffee and water were available in the lobby along with reusable water containers given out during the stay.
