Friendly staff at the 24-hour reception were very accommodating and courteous. The room was clean, comfortable with a good size bathroom, a balcony, and an in-room washer/dryer in some rooms. The bed was extremely comfy and the facilities were well maintained. Location was excellent, just steps away from Yoga station with many shops, restaurants, local stores nearby and easy access to Shibuya.
