We stayed in a clean apartment on a quiet street just a few minutes from Nippori station, with easy access to the Skyliner and public transport like the Yamanote line. The staff was friendly and helpful, check-in and check-out went smoothly, and the place had useful facilities like a nice shower and a fairly big fridge with a freezer.
