The hotel was well located near Ueno Station with access from Exit 3 and connected to nearby malls and Ueno Park via an overhead bridge. The room was tidy, comfortable, mostly well-equipped with many electrical sockets and switches along the bedside labeled in English and Japanese, and had separate high-speed WiFi capable of watching shows without buffering. The staff at reception were prompt, efficient, able to communicate clearly in English, and the check-in and check-out processes were relatively fast.
