The hotel was located five minutes from a metro stop in Nihonbashi with a quiet and safe neighborhood. The room was small but comfortable for one person with clean beds, good TV, small fridge, and bathroom. The staff were kind, friendly, polite, funny at check-in, extremely helpful despite limited English. Laundry facilities were in the lobby and fresh towels with Yukata were provided daily.
