The room was spacious, clean, and perfectly accommodated our family of five with comfortable beds and futons. The location was very close to Tokyo Ginza with a subway station, plenty of restaurants, and a convenience store right next door. The staff were incredibly helpful and proactive, they assisted in retrieving a lost item after checkout and provided restaurant recommendations. The lobby had an art and craft area for children, free sake tasting was available, and guests could choose artwork and tableware to decorate the room.
