The staff were very polite, attentive, and went out of their way to accommodate with a temporary room until ours was ready and provided a bottle of champagne for our 40th wedding anniversary, the room was spacious, luxurious, perfectly maintained with every possible amenity and the location was right next to the Imperial Gardens in Tokyo.
