The staff were warm and welcoming with Nao creating a wonderful mood, and the team was attentive and gracious throughout the stay. The room was clean, cozy, with traditional decor and comfortable futons, while the toilet seats could warm up. The arrival included hōjicha tea and a unique dessert like tsubuan habutae mochi. Dinner was served in a small private room where food such as sushi and broth was cooked in front of guests. The breakfast was exceptional, served privately on the 5th floor with local cuisine dishes carefully timed before check-out. The private onsen bath on the 6th floor could be reserved once for free and offered views of Tokyo’s SkyTree Tower during its lighting.
