The location was excellent, adjacent to Shibuya train station and within walking distance to iconic sights. Rooms were spacious, clean, and featured comfortable beds with strong showers. Staff members were welcoming, helpful with directions, and assisted smoothly during room changes. Facilities included a kitchenette, washer-dryer combo, microwave, freezer refrigerator, and ample storage space for extended stays.
