The apartment offered good value for money with a clean and spacious layout larger than most places in Tokyo. It featured a separate bedroom, kitchenette with tea bags, and well-equipped kitchen facilities including shampoo and soap. The location was quiet and close to Ichigaya metro station within a five-minute walk, providing easy access to the city. Nearby amenities included convenience stores, casual restaurants, and an excellent cafe. The unit had comfortable beds suitable for families up to six people.
