The location was great with a 12-minute walk from Tokyo station and close to Ginza famous roads, restaurants, train and bus stops. The room was spacious, clean, very quiet at night with a washer/dryer and one of the best showers experienced. The staff were friendly, helpful and invaluable when assisting with finding a nearby hospital within walking distance despite language barriers.
