Comfortable and clean rooms had good beds and were very quiet with windows to open. The rooftop onsen was a nice extra facility, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and stored luggage for several days before check-in. The hotel was located in a quiet area of Ginza near multiple subway stations with convenience stores nearby.
