Spacious, modern rooms had good quality equipment and extremely comfortable beds. The concierge floor was quiet with amazing views and offered breakfast and dinner snacks while the first floor had a breakfast buffet that was incredible. Staff were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating, looking after bicycles in the concierge area. The hotel was connected to Shinjuku subway by an underground tunnel in a quiet part of the city close to the station.
