The location was convenient near UENO station and easy to access from Narita airport using the Keisei Skyliner. The staff were friendly, polite, and included Thai receptionists who helped with information. The room was spacious and clean with free coffee in the lobby, toiletries by the entrance for self-service, and a coin laundry was available.
