The hotel provided a convenient location near family and easy access to Hikarigaoka train station. The staff and chef were very friendly, with noticeable improvements in English communication since previous visits. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, featuring functional work desks and well-equipped bathrooms. Breakfast offered a variety of fresh Japanese and Western dishes, complemented by an excellent coffee selection. Nearby amenities included two convenience stores within walking distance. A bus service connected guests to the train station and Haneda Airport limousine was available.
