Friendly and helpful staff, especially Sara who was great and accommodating, traditional tatami rooms with comfortable futons and Japanese bath facilities were there, the room was surprisingly spacious with very little furniture, showers were brand new and well equipped, the location was about 10-15 minutes walk to Shibuya station with a convenient small garden and sheltered bench.
