Friendly staff, especially Ms. Mika, were very kind and helpful while the hotel had a comfortable room with a pleasant view and its own bathroom, breakfast included bread, muffins, croissants, coffee and tea in the lobby with excellent coffee and hot chocolate available. The location was perfect near Meguro station with many food, drink, shopping options and convenience stores nearby, the staff arranged to receive luggage from Yamato and helped book a taxi to the airport.
