The rooms and bathrooms were consistently clean, and dormitories included secure lockers and mini fridges. Common areas featured free coffee and tea available 24/7, along with a social lounge offering a pool table and balcony views. Daily complimentary drinks, including free beer hour, encouraged guest interaction. Additional amenities included umbrellas for rainy days and Dyson hairdryers in bathrooms.
