Very clean, comfortable rooms had beautiful city views from the upper floors and a very nice bathroom with good amenities, staff were very kind and helpful while laundry service was perfect and returned clothes the same day. The location was right in the middle of Shibuya with street access into the heart of the area close to restaurants, bars, neon lights, local landmarks, and trains for exploring nearby neighborhoods.
