We had a clean, spacious room with comfy beds, strong aircon, and a fridge with a freezer, which was a nice touch. The kitchen and bathroom were good sized and modern, and we loved having Netflix on the TV since most places only offer Japanese channels. Self check-in was simple with the code and tablet, and the location was great, close to Ueno Park, shops, and restaurants.
