Sachiko-san welcomed us with great kindness and warmth while Sheena and Ippei reflected that kindness, making the stay comfortable and homely. The traditional tatami superior room was spacious, well-maintained, very clean, and had comfortable futons. The guesthouse was located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Shinjuku and Shibuya as well as a laundromat next door and stores like 7-11 and Family Mart nearby. The staff helped transport luggage from Tokyo to Osaka, free morning coffee was served, and the common area had a relaxed homey feel.
