Round-the-clock receptionStaff Santosh from Nepal showed exceptional tenacity in arranging a wheelchair for mobility needs and all staff spoke English and were very helpful. The bathroom was clean, small but well supplied with a fancy washlet, deep tub with grab bar, and hot water. The room was compact but comfortable with the option to open the window which helped with claustrophobia. Laundry room had washers and dryers that worked with coins. Location was convenient near Asakusabashi station, close to subway and train stations, surrounded by shops like Seven 11 and Lawson’s as well as restaurants.
