Excellent location right above Kuramae station and walking distance to Asakusa, with rooms that were clean, comfortable, and had good outlets, the staff was very helpful and polite, allowing bag storage on the last day before flight. The hotel had a coffee/latte/matcha machine and served free coffee and pastries in the mornings.
