Good location close to Shinbashi Station and shops, with a short walk from the Hibiya Exit. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The hostel had no elevators, only a narrow staircase, one shared bathroom and shower room that was not crowded. Each capsule had its own TV and headphones, free towels, gowns, toothbrushes, an electric kettle and microwave were available.
