Everything was great for our family of 5, with a fantastic location and rooms that worked well for us. The heated floors were awesome, and we could easily walk to Ginza and nearby spots without any trouble for our 8 and 9 year olds. The staff was really kind and explained everything clearly at check-in, so we’d happily stay at Hotel Vintage again.
