The hotel was practical and central in Gotanda with convenient access from the station and many food options nearby. The room was quiet on the 11th floor with a fairly nice view, good soundproofing, and A/C that worked well and quietly while being able to be made pitch black for sleep. The staff were super friendly, helpful, strict about not letting non-visitors up, and went over and beyond to assist.
